We take great Pride in our team of Support Workers and the personal care and attention they provide to all our clients.
All staff are chosen with the utmost care including DBS (disclosure and barring service) checked, have achieved a minimum Care Certificate (working towards Level 3 in Health and Social) and undertake regular training and appraisals to provide on-going development and support.

Staff have mandatory training which covers:

- Food Hygiene
- Skills for Care
- Documentation
- Health and Safety
In addition:
- All staff complete a Pride Community Care induction.
- We complete regular supervisions with all staff.
- All staff are provided with opportunities for on-going development and appraisals.
- All staff are provided with Personal Protective Equipment.
Support Throughout Covid-19
We continue to provide uninterrupted support to our clients and are taking all the required health and safety precautions to protect both our clients and members of our team.
